- rebecca Smith Added December 18, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy a phone outright and employee told me that my Boost sim wouldn't work in it, and sent me elsewhere. Boost dealer advised that sim would work in Telstra bought phone so i returned to store to buy a phone. When asked again employee was very unhelpful when asked please call and confirm correct information, whether my sim card would work. Refused to find out further info. Will never use this store again and will advise others not to as well. Couldn't care less attitude.
