Just when I think I've got my family doctor now, calling Springfield Lakes my home.a bunch of new doctors shows up!! Service is terrible, staff are rude and won't even smile. Then you end up waiting at least 25-30 minutes, even with a scheduled appointment. The new female doctor, Dr. Zina Jawad, is absolutely terrible!! Have no people skills. Got impatient and short with my 5 year old girl. She was so rude!! I am never going back there. Do not recommend!!
