  I Left this dentist after being unhappy with the service I received, like other reviews here I was told I needed work that magically disappeared upon second opinions, however, my main disappoint came from the payment plan system they offered through DMA, When I came time to leave I asked to cancel this monthly payment and was told I wasn't able to because I had a scale and clean done so I was in arrears. I understood and left it, because I forgot about it I went 3 months past the date I would have been able to cancel ($90) worth of payments, When I cancelled this money was not refunded to me, seems you cant cancel if you owe money but they are happy to take yours.
  
  My other main issue with this practice, is the reception staff who are happy to bag out customers in the waiting room while other patients sit there and listen, I had to sit and listen to two of the young girls bad mouthing another patient for 15 minutes while I waited for my appointment, this is not acceptable and extremely unprofessional.
  
  Would not recommend this dentist.
